供应商是整个供应链的源头,因此供应商选择问题越来越引起学术界和工业界的关注。文章针对权重信息完全未知,且决策者对方案的偏好信息及属性值以区间数的形式给出的供应商选择问题进行了研究,并从产品质量、产品价格、交货提前期、品种柔性和客户满意度5个指标着手,针对具有不确定性区间数的决策矩阵的规范化问题,在属性权重完全未知的情况下,应用对方案有偏好的多属性决策方法对供应商选择进行了实证分析。
Suppliers are the source of the whole supply chain. Therefore, the problem of supplier selection attracts more and more attention of academia and industry. In this paper, aiming at the problem that the weight information is completely unknown, and the decision makers’ preference information and attribute value of the program are given in the form of interval numbers, the author studies the problem of supplier selection from the aspects of product quality, product price, delivery lead time, Customer Satisfaction Index, aiming at the normalization of decision matrices with intervals of uncertainties, this paper empirically analyzes supplier selection with preference-free multi-attribute decision making method when the attribute weights are completely unknown.
