长期以来,中国的土地问题是社会各种矛盾冲突的集中体现。以国共合作为基础的中国大革命从开始酝酿到最终失败,联共(布)、共产国际对其一直起着重要指导作用。其对中国土地问题的政策经历了从改良时期到自上而下进行土地革命的时期,到最后转变为自下而上进行土地革命。
For a long time, the issue of land in China has been a concentrated manifestation of various conflicts and conflicts in society. The Chinese Communist Party (Bolshevik) and the Communist International played an important guiding role in the Great Chinese Revolution based on the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. Its policies on the land issue in China have gone through a period from the reform period to the top-down agrarian revolution and finally to the land-based revolution from the bottom up.
