河北奥体中心项目,建筑体量大、屋面为大跨度钢结构网架,结构形式复杂、机电管线繁多、设备机房狭小、碰撞问题较多,传统的设计方法在处理机电管线综合、机房优化、大跨度钢结构设计方面的缺陷和不足逐渐显现。BIM技术作为实现建筑业转型升级的新型技术,是解决复杂项目设计的有效工具。该项目在施工过程中应用BIM技术,实现了设计的三维可视化,在机电管线综合,设备机房综合排布,钢结构网架安装等方面对设计进行优化,减少返工率,缩短工期,提高了图纸和工程的质量。
