本实验通过组化定量分析的方法,观察经环孢菌素A(CyA)治疗的实验性血吸虫病的小鼠肝脏的核酸代谢,以进一步探讨CyA抗血吸虫病的作用机理。我们的实验结果证实:CyA进入小鼠的体内后,干扰了小鼠肝细胞的核酸代谢,表现为经CyA治疗的小鼠肝细胞的核酸灰度值降低。我们认为,CyA通过干扰宿主的核酸代谢,影响蛋白质合成,从而造成不适合血吸虫生存的环境而起抗血吸虫的作用。
In this study, we observed the nucleic acid metabolism in mouse liver of experimental schistosomiasis treated with cyclosporin A (CyA) through the method of histochemical quantitative analysis to further explore the mechanism of action of CyA against schistosomiasis. Our experimental results confirmed that CyA interfered with the nucleic acid metabolism of mouse hepatocytes after entering into the body of mice, showing the decrease of the gray level of nucleic acid in the hepatocytes treated with CyA. In our opinion, CyA acts as an anti-schistosome by interfering with host nucleic acid metabolism, affecting protein synthesis, resulting in an environment unsuitable for the survival of schistosomiasis.
