目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)与基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metallo-proteinase-2,MMP-2)在肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中表达的相关性和临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测51例HCC组织、36例癌旁组织COX-2和MMP-2的蛋白表达。结果COX-2在HCC组织、癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.4%和47.8%(P<0.05),COX-2的表达与HCC肿瘤大小、静脉浸润以及肿瘤TNM分期相关(P<0.05);MMP-2在HCC组织、癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为68.6%和25.0%(P<0.05),MMP-2的表达与HCC静脉浸润、肿瘤TNM分期相关(P<0.05)。COX-2与MMP-2同时阳性表达者25例。结论COX-2和MMP-2在HCC组织中表达上调,在HCC组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01),证实COX-2和MMP-2在HCC发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and matrix metallo-proteinase-2 (MMP-2) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) And clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the protein expressions of COX-2 and MMP-2 in 51 HCC tissues and 36 adjacent tissues. Results The positive expression rates of COX-2 in HCC and adjacent tissues were 80.4% and 47.8%, respectively (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 was correlated with tumor size and venous invasion, ). The positive rates of MMP-2 in HCC tissues and paracancer tissues were 68.6% and 25.0%, respectively (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-2 was correlated with HCC infiltration and TNM stage (P <0.05). 25 cases were positive for COX-2 and MMP-2 simultaneously. Conclusions COX-2 and MMP-2 are up-regulated in HCC tissues and positively correlated with HCC tissues (P <0.01), indicating that COX-2 and MMP-2 play an important role in the development of HCC.
