一个好的秘书不仅要服从领导,更应善于为领导当好参谋和助手,能够为领导决策出主意、想办法。但是,实际上当领导的命令、决定出现偏差或发生错误时,很多秘书人员感到“建议”难提。究其原因,一方面,此时领导心情不好,情绪不佳,听不进别人无关痛痒的意见;另一方面,有些秘书人员吃不准领导的意图,而不知怎样提建议。我们认为,只要把握好时机和说话的语气,针对不同领导的不同特点,因人而异地大胆建议,往往会收到很好的效果。
A good secretary should not only obey the leadership, but should be good at being a good adviser and assistant to the leadership, make decisions for leaders and find solutions. However, in fact, when the leadership of the order, decided to deviate or error occurred, many secretaries feel “suggestion” difficult to mention.
