传统的大学英语教学模式向跨文化交际型英语教学模式的转变是时代发展和全球化人才培养的需要。教师、学生、教材和考试作为英语教育不可或缺的四个主体,在教学转型的过程中凸显出不适应性,从理念和行动上都需要转变。此外,多元文化教学缺失和忽视非语言交际能力培养等问题在新的教学模式下逐渐成为重心,这种新型英语教学模式意在强调培养辩证的文化意识和对待文化差异的独立判断能力,使学生在离开大学教育之后的社会生活中,仍能以正确的认知看待文化差异,成功实现跨文化交流。本文对近年来国内大学英语改革的理论依据及其对应的改革策略进行了整合介绍,并针对大学英语教学中文化教学的不足,辩证地分析了跨文化交际型英语教学面临的问题和需要考虑的几点因素。
