我国的传统教学管理对学生始终带有一种压迫性和强制性,这严重忽视了学生的主体感受,使学生在教学过程当中的能动性、积极性、主体性得不到发挥,使学生难以获得真正的主体性发展,阻碍了学生的知识与素质能力提升。要想转变这样的教学管理现状,就必须要首先转变教学管理思想,树立人本化的教学管理理念,事事重视学生的主体感受,确立学生的主体地位,使学生在教学过程当中的能动性、积极性、主体性完全发挥出来。本文基于作者自身的教学管理工作经验,首先简单分析了教学管理中“人本化”的含义,然后主要对如何在初中教学中实施人本化的管理措施提出了部分探讨性建议,以期能对学生的知识与素质能力提升起到促进作用,使学生获得真正的主体性发展。
