上海工会管理干部学院是一所有着悠久历史的干部学校,近十七年来,为上海及全国各省市培养了四万四千多名各级工会干部及其他各类干部,为我国工运事业的发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。为了抓住当前政治、经济飞速发展的大好机遇和迎接未来社会的挑战,上海工会管理干部学院制定了《上海工会管理干部学院2000年发展战略纲要》。《纲要》全文共有七个部分,现节选其中的部分内容以飨广大读者和工会工作者。
Shanghai Institute of Trade Unions Management is a cadre school with a long history. In the past 17 years, it has trained more than 44,000 trade union cadres and other cadres at various levels in Shanghai and other provinces and municipalities in China. Development made an indelible contribution. In order to seize the great opportunities of rapid political and economic development and to meet the challenges of the future society, Shanghai Institute of Trade Unions Management Institute formulated “Outline of Development Strategy of Shanghai Institute of Trade Unions Management and Cadres in 2000”. There are seven sections in the full text of the “Outline”, and part of the contents of which are now selected for readers and trade union workers.
