本文研究了几种类型的施密特电路的触发过程。计算了这些电路的翻复速度并和实验加以比较。主要结果如下:(1)计算所得的翻复速度和实验结果是很符合的;(2)通用的直流耦合施密特电路的翻复速度是不快的;(3)带有二极管的施密特电路的翻复速度比上述电路要快得多;(4)采用交流耦合的施密特电路在翻复速度上可以比用直流耦合的施密特电路快三倍左右。因之联合采用(3)和(4)的电路可以大大地提高施密特电路的翻复速度。 本文最后对上述几种施密特电路在测量窄脉冲振幅时的准确度作了讨论。
This article studies the triggering of several types of Schmitt circuits. The speed of reversal of these circuits was calculated and compared with the experiment. Finally, the accuracy of the narrow pulse amplitudes of the above Schmitt circuits is discussed.
