目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒对糖尿病患者脑功能减退的影响及临床疗效。方法:将98例糖尿病合并脑功能减退患者随机分为治疗组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对照组给予常规糖尿病+营养神经治疗;治疗组给在对照组的基础上接受参芪降糖颗粒治疗,治疗2个疗程(1个月/1疗程),观察两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、脑诱发电位及近记忆力功能的变化。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的近记忆力测定中的图像自由回忆、指向学习、记忆商评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅲ~Ⅴ波峰间期,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(91.8%)高于对照组(75.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒对糖尿病合并脑功能减退患者临床疗效显著,不仅能改善患者血脂血糖异常状态,还能改善患者神经传导功能及认知功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenqijiangtang Granule on brain dysfunction in diabetic patients and its clinical effect. Methods: Ninety-eight patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypogonadism were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 49) and control group (n = 49). The control group was treated with routine diabetes mellitus and nutritionated nerves. The treatment group received on the basis of the control group Shenqi Jiangtang Granule treatment, the treatment of 2 courses (1 month / 1 course), observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood glucose, blood lipid, evoked potential and near memory function. Results: Compared with the control group, the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial plasma glucose (2 h PG), triglyceride (TG) (P <0.05). The free memory, orientation learning and memory quotient in the near memory test of the treatment group after treatment were all higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The total effective rate (91.8%) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (75.5%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Jiangtang Granule has significant clinical effect on patients with diabetes mellitus and hypogonadism, which can not only improve the abnormal state of blood lipid and glucose, but also improve the nerve conduction and cognitive function in patients.
