笔者曾收治1例重度异烟肼中毒患者,抢救成功,兹报告如下。患儿男,8岁,体重20kg。因昏迷、频繁抽搐伴呕吐1小时于1985年8月12日急诊入院。入院时T37.5℃,而后急升至40.5℃。P180次/分,R40次/分,BP96/60mmHg。深昏迷,抽搐频作。抽搐时深浅反射俱消失。两瞳孔缩小至0.2cm大小,对光反射消失。颈软无抵抗。呼吸急促,鼻搧明显,口鼻多泡沫。两肺多量中小水泡音。心率180次/分,律齐,心音低钝似胎音律,未闻及病理性杂音。腹平软,肝脾
I had admitted to a patient with severe isoniazid poisoning, rescue success, it is reported as follows. Children male, 8 years old, weighing 20kg. Due to coma, frequent convulsions with vomiting 1 hour on August 12, 1985 emergency admission. Admission T37.5 ℃, then sharp rise to 40.5 ℃. P180 beats / min, R40 beats / min, BP96 / 60mmHg. Deep coma, frequent seizures. Seizures when the depth of reflection are lost. Two pupil narrowed to 0.2cm size, light reflection disappear. Soft neck without resistance. Shortness of breath, clear nose, mouth and nose and more foam. Lots of small lungs sound of small blisters. Heart rate 180 beats / min, law Qi, heart sound low blunted like fetal tone, no smell and pathological murmur. Abdomen soft, liver and spleen
