开展会计工作达标、升级活动,不仅能把《会计法》中关于会计核算、会计监督、会计管理的原则具体化,还有一套检查、验收的组织办法和指标体系,这就使得贯彻实施《会计法》变成了一项经常化、制度化的工作。十堰市财政局开展这项工作的主要做法是: 一、加强组织领导,统一会计帐簿、凭证及各种报表。局领导要求局内各种科室配合会计事务管理所对口抓会计达标升级活动。动员全市各系统成立了125个达标升级领导小组、48个考评组,各系统积极组织财会人员学习会计达标升级办法,并对会计帐簿、凭证、费用单据、收据、报表等进行了修改设计,统一格式,定点印刷,成立会计用品
