This paper discusses the causes of the mineral resource price as a result of the interaction between the usefulness of mineral resources, the relative scarcity of mineral resources and the effective demand of mineral resources. The factors affecting the price of mineral resources are systematically analyzed and established according to the substitution principle Market Comparison Method of Mineral Resource Evaluation.
