目的探讨液基细胞学薄层涂片技术在体液免疫组化中的应用价值。方法对经巴氏涂片检查发现癌细胞的胸腹水32例分别采取液基细胞学涂片技术和传统涂片方法涂片,然后进行免疫组织化学检查。结果采用液基细胞学薄层涂片技术制片32片,优质片32片,其优片率100%;采用传统涂片方法制片32例,优质片28例,其优片率87.5%。两者间差异显著。结合免疫组化结果有助于诊断和鉴别诊断间皮瘤和腺癌。结论采用液基薄层细胞学涂片技术制片提高了制片的质量,对间皮瘤和腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了有效的方法,提高了脱落细胞学对间皮瘤和腺癌的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of liquid-based cytological smears in humoral immunohistochemistry. Methods Thirty-two cases of pleural and ascitic fluid of cancer cells were detected by Pap smear and smear by liquid-based cytology and conventional smear respectively, and then immunohistochemistry was performed. Results Using liquid-based cytology thin-layer smear technique 32 tablets and 32 high-quality tablets were obtained. The yield of the excellent tablets was 100%. 32 tablets were prepared by traditional smear method, and 28 cases were excellent tablets. Significant difference between the two. Combined with immunohistochemical results help diagnose and differential diagnosis of mesothelioma and adenocarcinoma.
