报告４１例糖尿病患者眼底荧光血管造影和核素肾功能测定的结果。２例视网膜正常者的糖尿病病程在５年以内，３９例视网膜病变患者的糖尿病病程在６年以上，其中３０例（７３．２％）为１１—２０年。４１例糖尿病患者的肾血流速度、肾脏排泄和肾小球滤过率均较正常人明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。３９例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者，无论是单纯型或增殖型的肾血流速度、肾脏排泄和肾小球滤过率均较眼底正常的糖尿病患者明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示糖尿病性视网膜病变合并糖尿病性肾病，二者密切相关，呈平行关系。
Report of 41 cases of diabetic patients fundus fluorescein angiography and radionuclide renal function test results. Two patients with normal retinal disease duration of diabetes in less than 5 years, 39 patients with retinopathy disease duration of diabetes in more than 6 years, of which 30 cases (73.2%) for 11-20 years. 41 cases of diabetic patients with renal blood flow velocity, renal excretion and glomerular filtration rate were significantly lower than normal (P <0.01). 39 patients with diabetic retinopathy, both simple or proliferative renal blood flow velocity, renal excretion and glomerular filtration rate were significantly lower than the normal fundus diabetic patients (P <0.01). Tip diabetic retinopathy with diabetic nephropathy, the two are closely related to a parallel relationship.
