我国急诊医学事业在短短20余年内得到了迅速繁荣和发展,但与发达国家相比,仍然存在相当的差距。因此,要进一步发展急诊医学,当务之急最重要的措施之一则是加强急诊医学教学的基本建设,包括急诊医学课程设置与临床技能培训等,培养高素质创新型急诊医学后继人才,这就对急诊科临床教学教师以及医学本科生提出了较高要求。我们从1998学年起,系统接纳安排临床医学本科生在急诊科的临床实习,现将我们的带教经验和体会总结于下。
