对空心阴极等离子体电子枪的理论与机理做了较详细的分析 ,介绍了空心阴极放电特性 ,论述了激励电极和调制电极在空心阴极内等离子体形成过程中的作用 ,分析了等离子体中电子和离子的运动及主要参数 ,推导出空心阴极内电场与电流密度的表达式 ,研究了形成稳定电子束流的基本条件 .利用泊松方程、电流连续性方程和运动方程对其进行了数值模拟计算 ,并给出了优化结果 .在此基础上设计出了输出束流脉宽为 1μs、幅值达 2kA的空心阴极等离子体电子枪
The theory and mechanism of hollow cathode plasma electron gun are analyzed in detail. The characteristics of hollow cathode discharge are introduced. The roles of excitation electrode and modulation electrode in the formation of plasma in hollow cathode are discussed. The effects of electron and Ion motion and the main parameters, the expression of electric field and current density in hollow cathode is deduced, and the basic conditions for the formation of stable electron beam current are studied. The Poisson’s equation, current continuity equation and motion equation are used to calculate the electric field and current density. , And gave the optimization results.On this basis, a hollow cathode plasma electron gun with output pulse current of 1μs and amplitude of 2kA was designed
