随着我国知识经济的深入发展,无形资产的地位越来越突出。图书馆管理体系也发生了重大变化,管理者逐渐认识到无形资产是图书馆重要的竞争性资源,能够提高图书馆的核心竞争力。因此,将管理的重点和方向放在了内部无形资产的管理上。但是目前我国图书馆在对无形资产的管理上还存在着一些问题,本文针对这些问题进行了分析研究,提出了一些建议,希望能够为提高图书馆无形资产的管理水平提供一些帮助。
With the deepening of knowledge economy in our country, the status of intangible assets becomes more and more prominent. Library management system has also undergone major changes, managers have gradually realized that intangible assets are important competitive resources of the library and can improve the core competitiveness of the library. Therefore, the management focus and direction on the management of internal intangible assets. However, there are still some problems in the management of intangible assets in our country. This paper analyzes and studies these problems and puts forward some suggestions in the hope of providing some help to improve the management of intangible assets in libraries.
