坑内矿山所采用的备用矿块数是参与三级矿量保有定额计算的主要参数之一。其确定的合理与否直接关系到三级矿量的多少和保有期限的长短,同时也关系到经济效果的好坏。因此,备用矿块数的计算方法不但要全面地考虑到各矿山的采矿方法、技术管理水平和生产条件等不同的特点,而且还应该具有满足这些不同特点的要求。也就是计算方法既要包含大量的影响因素,又要适用于这些因素不完全相同的各矿山的特定条件。
The number of spare ore blocks used in the mines in the pit is one of the main parameters involved in the calculation of the quota for maintaining the level 3 mines. The determination of its reasonableness is directly related to the amount of three ore and the length of the retention period, but also related to the economic effect of good or bad. Therefore, the method of calculating the number of spare nuggets should not only fully consider the different characteristics of mining methods, technical management level and production conditions of each mine, but also meet the requirements of meeting these different characteristics. That is to say, the calculation method should include a large number of influencing factors as well as the specific conditions of each mine whose factors are not exactly the same.
