无锡市开展的“班集体建设”课题研究,是教育整体改革的一项实验,促进了学生德、智、体、美、劳诸方面全面发展。他们的经验打破了传统的把班级工作限制在德育范畴之内的旧观念,使教学、教育有机配合,课内、课外紧密结合,抓住了教育改革中的一个关键问题。他们的实践使我们看到了端正教育思想,明确培养目标的重要,也使我们看到了集体在育人方面的巨大力量。首先,良好的集体为学生的健康成长创造了较佳的微观环境。学生的一切思想、观点、行为习惯都是在一定的社会环境中产生的。社会环境包括宏观和微观两个部分。宏观环境是指整个社会的政治经济条件;微观环境是指学生的家庭、邻里、学校。
The research on the “Collective Collective Construction” project conducted by Wuxi City is an experiment of the overall reform of education and promotes the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, body, beauty, and labor. Their experience has broken the traditional old concept of confining class work within the category of moral education. It has made teaching and education organically coordinated, and has been integrated in and out of class. It has captured a key issue in education reform. Their practice has enabled us to see the importance of correct educational thinking, clarify the importance of cultivating goals, and enable us to see the tremendous power of collective education. First, a good collective creates a better micro environment for students' healthy growth. All thoughts, opinions, and behaviors of students are produced in a certain social environment. The social environment includes both macro and micro aspects. The macro environment refers to the political and economic conditions of the entire society; the micro environment refers to the families, neighborhoods, and schools of students.
