中国曲协组织开展的“送欢笑到基层”曲艺为民、惠民、乐民活动已走过12年的历程。12年来,在中宣部和中国文联的正确领导下,中国曲协紧紧把握以人民为中心的导向,积极发挥人民团体的特点和优势,精心组织、广泛动员,团结引导曲艺名家和广大曲艺工作者深入基层、深入生活,扎根人民、服务百姓,运用群众喜闻乐见的多种曲艺形式,为人民群众送去了欢笑、温暖和丰富的精神文化食粮。经过12年的探索实践,“送欢笑到基层”
