前段时间到市里去听课,在议课时有位教师的发言让我有些吃惊:他说对这节课上课老师的提问做了记录和简单的统计。这节课,上课的老师一共提出了64个问题,平均每分钟提问1.6个。有效提问53个,占82.8%;无效或低效提问11个,占17.2%。记忆性问题22个,占34.4%;判断性问题39个,占60.9%;追问占5.9%。接着,他又从学生的应答方式和教师的理答方式对这位老师的课堂提问作如下统计分析:集体回答17频次,占26.6%;个别回答20频次,占31.2%;讨论后汇报2频次,占3.1%;自由答25频次,占39%。
