应用室内离体平板法,对含有粉锈宁和敌力脱的小麦复合拌种剂①号和②号进行室内毒力测定,结果表明对小麦黑胚病和根腐病菌的生长都具有明显的抑制作用,其中②号抑菌效果最优。在其它成分不变的情况下,敌力脱用量仅为粉锈宁1/2或1/4时,其抑菌效果仍显著优于粉锈宁。同时通过室内拌种后,用平皿水培和花盆沙培进行防效试验,结果表明,按种子量0.8—1ml/kg处理种子,两种复合剂对小麦发芽出苗均无不良影响,而且对黑胚和根腐病菌及其它杂菌具有明显的抑制作用,其中②号效果最好。同时两种复合剂对小麦还具有明显的上控下促的壮苗作用。
