制冷学会在新的形势下,不断地做了认真的思考和探索,使它的活动都从实际出发,与国民经济建设紧密结合,交流和解决生产、建设中急需解决的课题,较好地发挥了学会的社会功能,在实践中已出现了可喜的局面,连续被评为省科协系统先进学会.当前顺天应人的体制改革,如火如荼,改革不断深入的形势,对学会这个智力开发的天然合理实体来说,又是一次新的冲击,如果对改革的形势麻木不仁,抱住“优势”当古玩,就会形成危机,社会终将重新评价它存在的作用与价值.优势只能发展,不发展就意味着丧失.学会改革指导思想应以党的十二大和六届人大二次会议精神,进一步落实科技发展新方针,根据群众团体特点,突出“活”字,使学会能独立自主开展活动和提高活力.
