药物治疗是临床各科的最基本的治疗手段 ,具有应用普遍、广泛、无创伤性以及方便易行等特点 ,而且贯穿于疾病治疗的全过程。规范医疗、合理用药是临床医师的执业根本、医疗实践的生命线 ,也是医院形象的根本保证。近年来 ,新药“成群”开发 ,如“他汀”类、“普利”类及“沙坦”类等 ,成千上万例的多中心大规模随机对照试验 (RCT)不断问世 ,仅心血管领域现在就有几百项有名的RCT试验揭晓 ,为循证医学的发展和合理用药的指南奠定了基础。应临床需求和广大读者的要求 ,本刊从今年第 11期起 ,开办“临床药物合理应用论坛” ,分专业连载临床药物合理应用的系列讲座。 2 0 0 5年 ,本刊准备尝试性地出些复习题、测试题 ,供广大临床医师参与学习讨论 ,并欢迎您提出在工作中遇到的疑难问题 ,我们将请专家会诊 ,与您共同研讨。很荣幸 ,我们为读者邀请到了中国医学科学院、中国协和医科大学阜外心血管病医院临床药理中心、卫生部心血管药物临床研究重点实验室的李一石教授和顼志敏教授 ,作为本论坛的主持人 ,在此表示感谢。
