氨磷汀(amifostine)是一种广谱的选择性的细胞保护剂,它能保护多种正常组织免受化疗和放疗的损伤,并且不影响化疗药物对肿瘤细胞的杀伤效果。本文就氨磷汀的药理特性及其降低化疗药物对正常骨髓造血的抑制作用作一综述。
Amifostine is a broad-spectrum selective cytoprotective agent that protects many normal tissues from chemotherapy and radiotherapy and does not affect the killing effect of chemotherapeutic drugs on tumor cells. In this paper, the pharmacological properties of amifostine and its inhibitory effect on the reduction of normal bone marrow hematopoiesis were summarized.
