集合法是根据一个医院中出生的两个连续的同类缺陷儿间的围产儿数x的多少进行判断的。若有几个x小于给定的界值时,可认为该类出生缺陷的发生有增加,由于该法仅利用了部分x与界值的相对大小,未充分利用样本的信息,本文将利用信息多的累计和法的基本思想引入集合法,提出了利用信息多的改进集合法。
