从系统工程的角度出发,创造性地提出项目融资系统的概念,并运用目标导向项目规划方法对其运行机制进行分析,以期对当前的项目融资实务运作有所帮助。
From the perspective of system engineering, the concept of project financing system is proposed creatively, and the operation mechanism is analyzed by using the goal-oriented project planning method in order to help the current project financing practice.
