目的 :研究帕金森病 (Parkinson .diseasePD)的临床特点及治疗原则。方法 :于 1993～2 0 0 0年间收治的 35例帕金森病病人的临床资料 ,随诊 3～ 5年。结果 :35例帕金森病病人中 2 3例合并植物神经功能紊乱及情感障碍 ( 65 7% ) ,智能障碍 8例 ,语言障碍 11例 ( 31 4 % )。结论 :PD病人除表现为震颤、肌强直及运动减少三主征外 ,常伴有神经心理学症状 ,应及时治疗 ,更好地提高病人的生活质量。
Objective: To study the clinical features and treatment of Parkinson disease (PD). Methods: The clinical data of 35 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted from 1993 to 2000 were followed up for 3 to 5 years. Results: Twenty-three of the 35 patients with Parkinson’s disease had autonomic dysfunction and affective disorder (65.7%), 8 had mental retardation, and 11 had speech disorder (31 4%). Conclusion: In addition to showing the main symptoms of tremor, myotonia and decreased exercise, PD patients often have neuropsychological symptoms and should be promptly treated to better improve their quality of life.
