通过电沉积的方式在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极表面上沉积铂(pt)纳米粒子,并运用循环伏安法(CV)、示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)探讨了芦丁在铂纳米/碳纳米管/玻碳电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明,芦丁在该修饰电极上呈现一对良好氧化还原峰,其氧化峰电流与浓度在3.2×10-8~1.2×10-5mol/L范围呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为I(μA)=12.79c(μmol/L)-0.6198,r=0.9998,检出限为1.1×10-8mol/L。该修饰电极已用于复方芦丁片中芦丁含量的测定,结果令人满意。
Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode by electrodeposition. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) Electrochemical behavior at platinum nano / carbon nanotube / glassy carbon electrode. The experimental results show that rutin exhibits a good redox peak at the modified electrode, and the oxidation peak current has a good linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 3.2 × 10-8 ~ 1.2 × 10-5mol / L. The linear regression equation is I (μA) = 12.79c (μmol / L) -0.6198, r = 0.9998 with a detection limit of 1.1 × 10-8mol / L. The modified electrode has been used in the determination of rutin compound rutin content, the results are satisfactory.
