目的探讨早期肠内营养在胃癌术后的应用价值。方法30例胃癌切除术后空肠造瘘早期肠内营养 (试验组 )与20例胃癌切除术后常规静脉输液 (对照组 )比较 ,观察营养支持前后体重、三头肌皮褶厚度、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白及生存质量等指标并作统计学处理。结果试验组病人体重、生存质量较对照组有明显改善 ,组间差异显著 (P<0.01)。三头肌皮褶厚度、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白水平试验组较对照组下降小 ,但差异不显著 (P<0.05)。结论胃癌切除早期肠内营养可安全实施 ,有利术后康复。
Objective To investigate the value of early enteral nutrition in postoperative gastric cancer. Methods 30 patients with jejunostomy after enteral nutrition (experimental group) and 20 patients with conventional gastric infusion after gastric resection (control group) were enrolled in this study. The changes of body weight, triceps skinfold thickness, total plasma protein , Albumin and quality of life and other indicators and for statistical analysis. Results The body weight and quality of life of the test group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Triceps skinfold thickness, plasma total protein, albumin levels in the experimental group decreased slightly compared with the control group, but the difference was not significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Gastric cancer resection of early enteral nutrition can be safely implemented, which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
