“八五”以来,河北省藁城市市办工业取得了长足发展,形成了以支农工业为基础,以化工、机电、建材、轻纺、食品、医药等为主体,结构较为合理的工业发展体系,工业总体规模和企业单体规模,行业优势、集团优势和区域化优势初步形成,突破了农业大市、工业小市、财政穷市的格局。1994年,市办工业实现产值9.1亿元,利税4643万元,分别是1990年的4.4倍和1.6倍。目前,市办工业固定资产总额已达8亿元,职工总数1.4万人,主要工业品种58种,其中优质产品15种,出口产品8种。
Since the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, the city of Hebei Province has achieved rapid development in its industry. It has formed an industrial development based on supporting agriculture and industry, with chemical industry, mechanical and electrical equipment, building materials, textile, food, and medicine as the main components and a more reasonable structure. The system, the overall size of the industry and the size of the company’s monomer, the advantages of the industry, the advantages of the group, and the advantages of regionalization were initially formed, breaking through the pattern of the agricultural big city, the industrial small city, and the poor financial market. In 1994, the municipal office realized an output value of 910 million yuan, and profits and taxes of 46.43 million yuan, which were 4.4 times and 1.6 times that of 1990 respectively. At present, the city’s industrial fixed assets totaled 800 million yuan, with a total of 14,000 employees, and 58 major industrial varieties, including 15 high-quality products and 8 export products.
