近年来,随着改革开放的逐渐深入,我国林业飞速发展的同时也进行了一定的集体林权改革。本文基于林业业态特殊性对我国集体林权改革相关制度进行探讨分析时,首先阐述了我国集体林权改革的必要性,并分析了我国集体林权制度改革中的林业产权改革和其改革的重点,最后并从林业业态特殊性的角度对我国集体林权改革的相关制度作了相关的思考。
In recent years, with the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s forestry at the same time also carried out a certain reform of collective forest rights.
