用小步距间歇跳跃式移动光源模拟激光束的连续扫描,采用简化模型,对板料激光成形时的三维瞬态温度场进行了有限元分析。结果表明:扫描过两个光斑距离后,其温度场近似进入准稳态;温度峰值及光斑中心处板料上下表面温差的二维有限元数值解与准稳态时的三维数值解相差不过7%;数值解与实验结果一致。
A small-step intermittent-jumping moving light source was used to simulate the continuous scanning of the laser beam. A simplified model was used to analyze the three-dimensional transient temperature field during laser forming. The results show that the temperature field approximates to the quasi steady state after scanning the distance between two spots. The difference between the two-dimensional finite element numerical solution of the temperature peak and the temperature difference between the upper and lower surface of the plate spot and the quasi-steady state is less than 7 %; Numerical solution and experimental results.
