目的:了解肺结核患者合并真菌感染情况,降低真菌耐药率的发生。方法:真菌培养分离鉴定按《全国临床检验操作规程》进行鉴定。结果:350菌株中白色念珠菌265株(75.7%),热带念珠菌29株(8.28%),光滑念珠菌13株(3.71%),高里氏念珠菌9株(2.57%)。二性霉素B、益康唑、制霉菌素、氟康唑这4种抗真菌药物目前对念珠菌治疗较强。结论:临床医生应用抗生素时注意选择合理有效的,减少真菌感染率的发生。治疗真菌感染时选择合理有效的抗真菌药物,减少真菌耐药率的发生。
Objective: To understand the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with fungal infection, reduce the incidence of fungal resistance. Methods: Fungal culture separation and identification according to “National Clinical Laboratory Procedures” for identification. Results: There were 265 strains of Candida albicans (75.7%), 29 strains of Candida tropicalis (8.28%), 13 strains of Candida glabrata (3.71%) and 9 strains of Candida gurry (2.57%) in 350 strains. Amphotericin B, econazole, nystatin, fluconazole these four antifungal drugs currently on Candida strong treatment. Conclusion: Clinicians should pay attention to choose reasonable and effective antibiotics to reduce the incidence of fungal infection. The choice of effective and effective antifungal agents in the treatment of fungal infections, reduce the incidence of fungal resistance.
