中职类学校对学生的培养着重放在技能方面的培养,但是技能的培养往往是在前期的理论讲解完后再对学生进行相应的实操训练。学生对实操比较感兴趣,但是对纯理论的讲解则丧失了兴趣。面对这种现状必须采取措施,改变当下“填鸭式”的教学模式,采取先实操后理论的教学方式,实操由学生结合操作视频进行学习,对理论则采用翻转课堂的方式,以加深学生的理解。
