竞争是企业面临的永恒课题。服务型企业竞争力是服务业国际竞争力的基石,而服务业国际竞争力高低又关系到一国国际竞争力的强弱。本文在分析顾客资产理论的基础上,提出服务性企业竞争力提示的相关策略。
Competition is the eternal issue facing enterprises. The competitiveness of service-oriented enterprises is the cornerstone of the international competitiveness of service industries. The level of international competitiveness of service industries is also related to the strength and weakness of a country’s international competitiveness. Based on the analysis of customer assets theory, this paper puts forward some strategies for the competitiveness of service enterprises.
