有喝浓茶习惯的人不少,据专家对美国3170名50岁以上的老人进行饮茶习惯与骨折危险的分析表明,每天饮浓茶5杯的人,髋骨(骨盆外)骨折的危险较不饮浓茶者高70%。这是因为茶中的咖啡因可明显遏制钙在消化道中的吸收和增加尿中钙的排出,使体内缺钙而诱发骨中钙质流失,日久便出现骨质疏松症,导致容易骨折。 不久前,我国营养研究所、食品卫生研究所对国内20种茶叶的含氟量测定发现,每公斤茶叶中,氟化物含量平均为186.2毫克,高出其它食品数十至数百倍;其中广西、四川的砖茶每公斤中含氟量高达43毫克—52毫克,长期饮用,尤其是泡浓茶,可引起氟中毒。四川某地居民,就因长期饮用此类砖茶,氟骨症的检出率达97.1%,氟斑牙的检出率达72.6%。 此外,茶叶中的锡和黄酸也比较高,农药残留量超过国家允许标准的为数也不少,从饮食健康出发,每日饮茶量控制在5克—10克为宜。
