发展农村社区成人教育需要有一支结构合理、综合素质较高的师资队伍,如何完善农村社区成人教育教师队伍建设成为大家共同关注和急需破解的问题。本文就此问题进行了客观分析,并提出了一些具体建议。
The development of adult education in rural communities needs a contingent of teachers with reasonable structure and high comprehensive quality. How to perfect the construction of adult education teachers in rural communities has become a common concern and an urgent need to be solved. This article conducted an objective analysis of this issue and made some specific suggestions.
