目的:改良三氯化铁法致大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型。方法:通过神经功能缺损评分、TTC染色、脑含水量检测和病理观察,对改良三氯化铁法和普通三氯化铁法的栓塞效果进行比较观察。结果:改良血栓可形成与普通血栓相同的MCAO,两组之间神经功能缺损评分、梗死面积、脑含水量无显著性差异。结论:改良三氯化铁法致大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型保证了大脑中动脉的完整,开颅窗口比较小且损伤较少,手术操作简单,使操作时间明显缩短,模型成功率显著提高,使模型在试验中可以广泛推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) induced by FeCl3 in rats. Methods: The embolic effect of modified ferric trichloride and common ferric chloride was compared by neurological deficit score, TTC staining, brain water content and pathological observation. Results: Modified thrombus can form the same MCAO as common thrombus. There was no significant difference between the two groups in neurological deficit score, infarct size and brain water content. Conclusion: The modified MCF - induced middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model ensures the integrity of the middle cerebral artery. The craniotomy window is relatively small with less damage. The procedure is simple and the operation time is significantly shortened. The model success rate Significantly increased, so that the model can be widely used in the experiment.
