目的探讨精索静脉曲张(VC)与精浆中性α糖苷酶(NAG)活性和果糖水平的关系。方法将170例男性不育患者根据有无VC及精液参数正常与否分为VC精液参数异常组(A组)、无VC精液参数异常组(B组)、VC精液参数正常组(C组);将37例无VC且精液参数正常者设为正常对照组。根据是否合并其他致不育因素,再将A组和B组进一步分为不合并其他因素组(A1组和B1组)和合并其他因素组(A2组和B2组)。检测并比较各组精浆NAG活性和果糖水平。结果A组和B组NAG活性均显著低于正常对照组(P=0.000),但A、B两组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.107)。C组与正常对照组相比,NAG活性无统计学差异(P=0.245),A组NAG活性较C组显著降低(P=0.000)。A1组NAG活性显著低于B1组(P=0.028)。各组间果糖水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论NAG活性减低可能是VC导致男性不育的原因之一,而果糖水平并不受VC的影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between varicocele (VC) and neutral seminal α-glucosidase (NAG) activity and fructose level. Methods 170 cases of male infertility patients were divided into abnormal VC group (group A), abnormal group without VC group (group B), normal group (group C) ; 37 cases without VC and sperm parameters were normal control group. Group A and group B were further divided into groups without other factors (groups A1 and B1) and groups with other factors (groups A2 and B2) according to whether other infertility factors were combined. The seminal plasma NAG activity and fructose level were detected and compared. Results The activity of NAG in group A and group B was significantly lower than that in control group (P = 0.000), but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P = 0.107). There was no significant difference in NAG activity between group C and normal control (P = 0.245). The activity of NAG in group A was significantly lower than that of group C (P = 0.000). The activity of NAG in A1 group was significantly lower than that in B1 group (P = 0.028). There was no significant difference in the fructose levels among the groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The decrease of NAG activity may be one of the causes of male infertility caused by VC, while the level of fructose is not affected by VC.
