在深孔镗削中,镗刀的导向结构,导向长度,对于提高深孔的几何精度,如孔的母线直线度,圆柱度等起着重要的作用。要提高深孔的加工质量和镗刀头的使用寿命,在很大程度上取决于滑动摩擦条件下导向部分的使用寿命,我厂多年来使用导向块式镗刀头,这种结构主要用于粗镗加工,镗刀头上装有两块导向块,它可以提高镗杆的刚性,减轻镗削过程中的振动,改善刀具轴线的走偏现象,在导向块后面装有三条导向条,它的作用是在开始切削耐与输油器中的导向套配合起定心导向作用,镗削时起消振作用,同时起辅助导向定心作用。
