随着我国社会经济的发展,水利工程作为国家水利建设的基础,其工程造价工作一直以来都是人们关注的焦点。水利工程造价控制工作不仅关系着水利工程建设的顺利进行,更与工程的实际效益息息相关。因此,合理的编制和有效控制工程造价不仅是保障水利工程各建设项目顺利进行,更是保障水利工程建成后的经济效益与社会效益的关键。这里首先分析了各阶段工程造价的特点,并针对各阶段存在的问题,提出有效的措施,以供参考。
With the development of our society and economy, water conservancy projects, as the foundation of national water conservancy construction, have always been the focus of attention for their engineering cost.
