巡视制度是党内监督的一项具体措施。实践证明,认真执行巡视制度, 不仅能够从制度上强化党内监督,促进党员领导干部廉洁自律,依法执政, 而且可以把一些不正之风和腐败问题解决在萌芽状态,减少腐败现象的滋生。因此,我们要在总结经验的基础上,建立和完善巡视制度,使巡视制度真正成为“下情上达的‘直通车’,反腐倡廉的‘监督哨’,了解干部的‘显微镜’,经济发展的‘助推器’。”
