幼儿园教研活动不仅是教学管理的重要环节,也是提高教育教学质量的重要手段,教研活动的有效开展直接影响着教师专业化成长的进程。我园的教研管理以提高常态教学质量和教师专业素养为目标,不断提升教师的教育实践智慧。一、聘请教学顾问,实现课堂教学的常态优质采取“请进来”的方法有计划、有目的地打造教师队伍。我园聘请了市级资深幼教专家担任幼儿园教学顾问,帮助教师提升专业技能,提高教学质量。主要运用常态课研讨的形式,教学顾问每周两天不定时来园,教师的“预约课”和教学顾问的“推门课”相结合,
Kindergarten teaching and research activities are not only an important part of teaching management, but also an important means to improve the quality of education and teaching.
