中等职业技术学校学生中的非正式组织普遍存在,其积极和消极作用并存,如能够正确引导,会对学校学生管理工作带来事半功倍的效果,反之,则会使管理增加难度。本文结合中等职业技术学校学生实际,就中等职业学校学生中非正式组织的形成、特点及其正确引导的意义、方法等作一粗浅探讨。
The informal organizations among the students in secondary vocational schools are ubiquitous. The coexistence of positive and negative effects will lead to a multiplier effect on the management of students in schools. On the contrary, it will make the management more difficult. Based on the actual situation of students in secondary vocational schools, this paper makes a brief discussion on the formation and characteristics of informal organizations in secondary vocational schools and their meanings and methods of correct guidance.
