以中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所所长李京文为主的一批经济学家,完成了《1995—2010年中国经济发展思路》的研究报告,该项目是受国务院领导和国家计委委托而做的,它对未来16年间我国经济的发展前景,从经济的综合分析及人口、资源、环境等十个方面进行了超前性的研究。报告认为:今后16年间是中国经济增长的一个黄金时期,只要我们坚持在党的领导下抓住机遇,克服困难与挑战,经过持久的努力,不仅在经济总量上,而且在人均水平上都将大大缩小与世界发达国家的差距,逐步实现近百年来无数先烈长期浴血奋斗所追求的振兴中华的目标。
