The benefits of talent growth depend largely on the law of grasping and following the growth of qualified personnel. In the field of military affairs, the accomplishments of young military personnel have both the common law of growing up with the general talents and some special laws of their own. Taken together, these laws mainly have the law of succession, focusing on the law of success, the law of accumulation and success, the law of success and the law of practice and so on.
