根据1975年4月钢筋混凝土结构设计规范专题协调会的精神,钢筋混凝土偏心受压构件强度计算理论研究专题组,在湖南大学党委的大力支持下,于1975年10月6～11日召开了专题交流座淡会。参加这次会议的有国家建委建研院,湖南大学、同济大学、西安冶金建筑学院、西南交通大学、四川省建工局科研所等七个单位,共十七人。
According to the spirit of the Special Coordination Meeting for Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures in April 1975, the Research Group on the Strength Calculation Theory of Reinforced Concrete Eccentric Compression Members was held on October 6-11, 1975 under the strong support of the Party Committee of Hunan University. Exchange seats will be light. At the conference, there were seven units including the National Construction and Construction Research Institute, Hunan University, Tongji University, Xi’an Institute of Metallurgical Architecture, Southwest Jiaotong University, and Sichuan Research Institute of Construction Engineering Bureau.
